Who we are and how to reach us
Image Translator is operated by ปิยะวุฒิ สิริปรีดาเจริญลาภ as an individual (not a registered company) under the Image Translator brand.

What data is used
- The extension reads the text and images on pages you ask it to translate, or on pages where you turned on auto-translate. It does not read other pages for any other purpose.
- When a site doesn't allow its images to be loaded directly, the extension captures the visible tab and crops only the area being translated.
- When you sign in with Google, the server stores your Google account ID, email and the name Google returns, together with your plan and quota and a hash of your session.
- Chrome local storage keeps your settings, translation mode and session token on your own computer.
- When you buy a plan, we send your account email, the plan, the amount and an order ID to Stripe to create the card payment page. You enter your card details on Stripe's page directly; our server never sees or stores your card number. The server keeps only the plan, amount, status, time and payment reference.
Sending data for translation
- Google mode: text in images is read on your computer (OCR), and only the recognized text is sent to Google Translate; page text you ask to translate is also sent to Google Translate. The first time you use OCR for a language, the extension downloads a language data file (not a program) from cdn.jsdelivr.net.
- AI mode: the extension sends the image (or part of it) and the target language through our server (Cloudflare Workers) to Google Gemini, which reads and translates the text. We don't save the images or the translations in our database.
- Google, Cloudflare and Stripe process data under their own policies. Please avoid translating pages that contain confidential information or other people's personal data.
How long data is kept

Your rights and deleting your account
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data through LINE OA. We verify that the request comes from you (the email you signed in with), then delete your account, sessions and quota history within 30 days, except for the payment records we must keep by law, as listed above.
How data is used and protected
Data is used to sign you in, translate text and images, manage plans and quotas, and calculate the cost of the service. Data travels between the extension, our server and outside providers over HTTPS. We don't sell data, don't use it for advertising, and don't use your images or text to train models of our own.
Changes to this policy
If anything important changes, we will update this page and the date above.
