Terms of service

The service

Image Translator is a Chrome extension that translates the text on web pages and in images. AI mode requires signing in with Google and uses a page quota (1 page = 1 image sent for translation, a long webtoon strip counts as 1 page; on sites that block image downloads the screen is read instead, 1 page per screen translated). Translations are produced by AI and may contain mistakes; don't rely on them for legal, medical or other important documents.

Plans and payment

Refunds

This is a digital service that starts immediately, so plans are not refunded once used, unless the problem is on our side — for example, you paid but didn't receive your plan, you were charged twice, or the service was unavailable for a long time. Contact LINE OA with proof of payment and we'll fix it or refund you as appropriate.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, don't try to get around the quota or overload the system, and you are responsible for having the right to translate the images you use. The extension doesn't store or publish your images. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or cause unusual service costs.

Availability

We try to keep the service running, but can't guarantee it will never be interrupted (for example, if the AI provider is down). If an AI translation fails, the failed part is not counted against your quota.
